History of Temvarico
Vicis began the first Temvarico War when Temvarico was still one country. The Corvantum Temple in the Corvantum Mountains originally belonged to all of Temvarico. It was taken care of by an ancient group of Hound Arcons. Inside it was said to lie the history of all Mairillion. The family of Vicis, a wealthy and powerful plantation owning family that also unofficially controlled the southern area of Temvarico, wished to possess the Temple. They gathered all the members of their family and the people of the south and attempted to take the temple by force. Lord Nex, a hardworking lumber company owner from the north, attempted to keep the south back with all those that would join him from the north. His army was named Tempus by the Hound Arcons, after the continent Temvarico, a continent which had a balance entirely based on the success of Lord Nex.
p. Do to the war that followed, the Hound Arcons, which were divided between the two sides, became very endangered. At the death of Lord Nex, the army of Tempus decided to attempt a treaty with the family of Vicis. The family of Vicis had also lost many battles. However, they took advantage of the fact that it was Tempus that surrendered. Through negotiations, the Treaty of Corvantum was made. It stated that Temvarico would become two countries, Tempus and Vicis. The countries borders were to be the same as the continents, but there will be a line between them at Mount Corvantum. It also forced Tempus to pay the funds necessary for Vicis to build a large city (Vrainess City) and a military base that could be used as a wall to defend from Tempus (The Primwar Wall).
